Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. No code needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from our facility in Grafton, Wisconsin via USPS.

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and begin once your order has shipped. Delivery times do not include order processing time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through USPS.

If you don't receive your tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@centercutt.com.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us at info@centercutt.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, Center Cutt is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, side door)
  3. Contact your local USPS office
  4. Reach out to us at info@centercutt.com if the issue isn't resolved

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@centercutt.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding internationally — stay tuned!
